For first-time My Account users, click Register for My Account. We will issue a temporary password so you can proceed to create your account. You can log in to your account by taking the following steps:

1. Click Login in the menu at the top of any page
2. Enter your cellphone number
3. Enter your password
4. Click “Login”

Once you’ve logged in, you can:

• Check your usage
• View or change your plan
• Pay your bill
• Set up Usage Alerts

Our AutoPay Program allows you to set up automatic payments for your bill using your credit or debit card. That means one less check to write each month. Once you sign up, we will automatically charge your debit or credit card on the due date. You will still receive an invoice each month detailing all your charges.

How to sign up for AutoPay

Signing up for AutoPay is easy. Just change your Account settings and we will automatically charge your credit or debit card when your balance is due. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Account
2. In the Billing menu, click Edit Billing Info
3. Under Payment Type select AutoPay
4. Enter your credit/debit card information
5. Click Save Changes

Your next payment will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card you used to set up your account.

If you need to change the credit or debit card used for AutoPay, just do the following:

1. In the Billing menu, click Edit Billing Info
2. Enter your credit/debit card information
3. Click Save Changes

Be sure to include your account number to ensure that your payment is applied correctly.

How long does it take to post a payment?

We post payments as soon as we receive them. You can check your balance online any time, just login to My Account. Credit card payments are posted the same day. Allow 8-10 days for a check to get through the mail.

The due date for your invoice balance depends on your billing cycle. You can always log in to My Account to find the due date for your current invoice. Your invoice is posted to your My Account approximately 4 days after your billing cycle ends.

• The due date for your invoice balance is generally 19 days from when the invoice is mailed.
• AutoPay accounts are charged on the due date of their invoice.
